This workshop series offers six key modules:
- Workshop 1: Understanding the Many Faces of Racism: Unpack the different forms racism takes, from overt prejudice to unconscious bias. Explore its historical roots and ongoing social impact.
- Workshop 2: Leadership and Antiracism: Discover how leaders can champion anti-racism initiatives. Learn strategies for building inclusive workplaces and fostering allyship within your teams.
- Workshop 3: Understanding the Black, Indigenous and Youth of Colour in the Context of the Canadian Society: Gain a deeper understanding of the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities in Canada.
